Which adhesive should I use for each product?
Each product in our shop comes with gluing advice tailored specifically to the material. Check the product page for your chosen material to find the relevant gluing advice. The recommended adhesives can be ordered directly from our shop, so you can find everything you need in one place.
What are the delivery charges?
Our range comprises a wide variety of products in different sizes and weights, and we deliver worldwide. For this reason, delivery charges are calculated for each order based on weight and destination. You can easily request a quote for delivery costs at checkout — you’ll receive a no-obligation quote within 1 working day.
How long does delivery take?
We will process and dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving your payment. The delivery time thereafter varies depending on the country and carrier. For the Netherlands and Belgium, please allow for 1 to 3 additional working days. For other countries in Europe, this usually varies between 3 and 7 working days. Outside Europe, delivery times may be longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is returned unopened and in its original packaging. Please read our full returns policy on the Shipping & Returns page.
